Temporary Nonimmigrant Visas
Temporary worker visas are for persons who want to enter the United States for employment lasting a fixed period. Each of these visas requires the prospective employer to first file a petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
We can take your company from start to finish in obtaining any of the below visas. We charge an upfront fee and help both the employer and individual in the entire process. We want our clients to feel comfortable throughout the process and know they will never be charged extra, even if their petition requires extra time and dedication.
