Advanced Degree – To qualify the job must require a master’s degree or higher or its equivalent (a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive work experience in the field).
Exception Ability in the Sciences, Arts, or Business – To qualify the individual must demonstrate expertise well above that ordinarily encountered in the field.
